Dashboards with an ETL spine
Large-scale analytics and dashboard craft: extract, model, refresh, then the picture. Tableau, SQL, Azure, Power BI — in service of the number, not a stack pitch.

Large-scale analytics. Dashboards built through the full ETL path. AI in the data model. Coaching so the people can run it. KPIs you and we both champion.

SEER Solutions is counsel that stays inside the work. Not a slide deck. Not a junior bench. The person you meet does the work. You keep the files. You keep the scoreboard.

The model sits next to the system of record. Definitions first. Grain named in writing. If two reports disagree, that is the job.
Most teams were handed a powerful instrument and no technique. I teach how to ask, how to check the source, how to refuse a confident wrong answer — while we build, or on the work already on the desk.
Work you can inspect
No employer names. No client names. The pattern is the point.
Primary point of contact on a platform migration: ETL pipelines, schema strategy, and the language data engineers actually speak. Curated dashboards that told a fuller story. In the current phase, analyst effort on that work dropped by about half. Manual extracts and pivot tables fell by orders of magnitude.
Built an AI-assisted model over a large, messy dataset. Work that had taken senior developers weeks came back in about thirty minutes. That method is becoming teachable practice — not a party trick. The point is a repeatable way to ask, check, and ship.
How an engagement runs
Starts with a free consult. We write the KPIs together. We measure against them. The next dollar follows the scoreboard — not a retainer that hopes.
Free consult. One question the owner will still stand behind next month.
KPIs agreed in writing: the number, the grain, the system of record, what “good” looks like.
Do the work next to your people. Coaching is in the room, not a handoff memo.
Read the scoreboard together. Expand only if the indicators moved.

Who does the work
Founder, SEER Solutions. Senior leadership in operations and analytics across private equity–backed companies — including director and VP seats. Client success, revenue-cycle operations, and data. Tableau, SQL, Azure, Power BI. Kennesaw, Georgia. That is where the LLC will sit.
