## Membrane rules (non-negotiable)

| **Public-safe** | No employer names. No XiFin. No Rutter internals on Pages or in this tracker. |
| **Location** | **Kennesaw, GA** (not Marietta as home label on public face). |
| **MD = source of truth** | HTML follows Settled MD. Never rewrite splash copy from memory. |
| **Supersede, don’t silent-rewrite** | When a lock changes, mark the old beat superseded and add a new entry. |
| **Safety veto** | Gmail / Monitor / personal pulls need Safety Officer clear. Drive frozen. |
| **Push** | CoS (or Ryan) decides push. `GH_TOKEN` lives in box-secrets — **never print it**. |
| **Ask Ryan** | Batched questions only (ADD-friendly). Don’t invent spiritual poetry or brand strings. |
